Shayla Eve Nutrition: The Vision
Hi, I'm Shayla — the heart behind Shayla Eve Nutrition.
I became passionate about nutrition when I discovered firsthand just how profoundly food and lifestyle can transform our health. What began as a personal journey navigating my own health challenges led me to ask bigger questions — about the way we eat, the way we live, and how far we've drifted from the foundations that once kept us well.
That curiosity led me to complete a Bachelor of Health Science in Clinical Nutrition, and I haven't looked back since.
I now work online with men and women across Australia, offering personalised nutrition and lifestyle support that is built entirely around you — your health history, your family background, your environment, your life. No cookie-cutter plans, no overwhelming overhauls. Just thoughtful, incremental changes that work with where you are right now and move you toward where you want to be.
Food was never meant to be this complicated.
We live in a world of noise. Every week there is a new superfood, a new diet, a new list of things you should and shouldn't eat — and much of it contradicts what came before. It's exhausting, and it's left so many people feeling confused, guilty, and disconnected from something that was always meant to be simple.
Food is a gift. It is one of life's great pleasures — a source of nourishment, of medicine, of comfort, of connection. It is how we celebrate, how we grieve, how we gather. Meals shared around a table are woven into our most precious memories. Food was designed to sustain us and to be enjoyed, not to be a source of anxiety, punishment or reward.
At Shayla Eve Nutrition, I believe the answer to the confusion isn't another diet — it's a return to the wisdom that has existed for thousands of years. Long before nutrition became an industry, people ate from the land, followed the rhythms of the seasons, and nourished their bodies with real, whole food. That ancient wisdom is at the heart of everything I do.
My approach
My practice is rooted in getting back to basics — nourishing the body the way humans have for millennia — combined with genuine education so that you understand the why behind every recommendation. I work with your current diet and make manageable, sustainable changes to ensure my clients feel empowered and equipped, not overwhelmed or dependent.
I have experience across a broad range of health concerns, with a particular interest in women's health, chronic health conditions, and the deep connection between nutrition, lifestyle and whole-person wellbeing — body, mind and spirit.
When I'm not working with clients, my faith is at the centre of my life and shapes the care and intention I bring to everything I do.
As a practitioner registered with the Australian Natural Therapists Association (ANTA) and holding a Bachelor of Health Science (Clinical Nutrition), I am committed to providing evidence-based, compassionate and practical support to every person I work with.
If you’re ready to cut through the noise and get equipped with education and habits that will allow you to thrive — I’d love to help. Come join SEN today!
